We are a family-owned raspberry farm located at the La Cueva Historic District in northern New Mexico. We invite you to come visit our farm, pick warm raspberries from the cane in our U Pick It Field, enjoy lunch in the Salman Ranch Café, and browse the many gourmet items in our Ranch Store, including our entire line of delectable raspberry products and more.

The Salman Ranch has been growing raspberries since 1982, and opened its fields to the public in 1993. With the arrival of early August and the beginning of Indian Summer, Salman Ranch workers begin to ready the raspberry fields for the harvest of the succulent, sweet berries for which this farm has become famous throughout the southwest.

The berry harvest, which lasts from early August until the first killing frost (usually by the middle to the end of October), produces hundreds of flats of fresh, hand-picked berries, which are sold at the Salman Ranch Store. Thousands more pounds of berries are picked by visitors to the U Pick It Field.

For many New Mexico, Texas, and Colorado families, a visit to the La Cueva Historic District and the raspberry farm has become a traditional summer/fall outing.
