Informal dining greets Salman Ranch visitors

We have evolved from a menu of a couple of items to several delicious sandwiches, popular New Mexico dishes, a salad made from vegetables fresh from our garden, and our soft serve ice cream drenched in homemade raspberry topping and fresh raspberries. Please see the menu below for details and prices.

After ordering, you may eat inside at one of our family style hand painted tables or outside at one of several picnic tables placed between colorful flower beds and the quiet tree lined Acequia. Large willows growing on the banks of the Acequia bend to provide shade as you enjoy your meal.  Please realize that we are only open two or so months out of the year, and the dining is VERY, VERY INFORMAL.  We so appreciate your patience in getting served when we are super busy.  Unfortunately, it is difficult to hire people for only a short period of employment so our staffing, while super efficient, is sometimes unable to quickly meet the demands of our customers.  For those of you who have waited patiently, we do cherish your good cheer....

Warning... some visitors have been known to skip the meal all together, instead opting for two desserts! You'll have a hard time selecting from our mouth-watering raspberry sundae, yummy raspberry pie, or our assortment of bundt cakes, biscochitos, and extra goodies as we can prepare them.

All sandwiches are served on a choice of wholewheat or white bread, with a side salad or chips, and priced at $7.00

Horace Dog
100% beef hot dog in a bun with your choice of condiments and chips: $3.00

Coyote Cone
Vanilla and raspberry swirl soft serve ice cream in a wafer cone  $2.50

Raspberry Sundae
